Herbindus started in the year 1992 by Mrs Chandraprabha Ambat who continues to Spear Head the activities of the company even today.

Herbindus Works towards a Sustainable and Healthier Life which motivates the organisation to keep a check in the quality of the products that are being manufactured. Herbindus has got a GMP certified Manufacturing Facility with an objective to gratify patients by providing products with superior quality.

Although Herbindus started as an ayurvedic manufacturing company by time it broadened its operation by entering into allopathic products like analgesic, orthopaedics, ENT and skin care. Herbindus was able to raise its market share through its flagship product RUBIT, an anti-inflammatory analgesic balm highly useful in case of myalgia, sprain and muscle cramps.

R&D department plays a crucial role in the operations by helping Herbindus to improve the quality of the products on a day to day basis. New Products developed by the organisation is put through stringent evaluations and analysis to make sure that the product which reaches the customers is of the best quality available in the market. R&D department has got a top of the class lab scale manufacturing facility for Trial and development purposes.

Product development is divided into Three Phases Mainly Pre Development Phase, Formulation Phase and Post Formulation Phase. In each Phase all Activities are documented with the exact data which will help the R&D Team to have an easy and Trouble Free Pilot Production.
